Hereford Harbinger

Sarah Borton
When she’s not cheering for the football team with her cheer squad, Sarah Borton (’20) spends her time in journalism capturing photos and writing articles for the Features section. She has been a journalism student since freshman year, but this is her third year officially on the Harbinger staff. This year, she hopes to improve her photography skills to benefit the newspaper by taking more action shots and portraits of students. She is actively involved in multiple clubs at school including For Our Troops, Quill and Scroll, French Honor Society and Unicef club. Outside of the classroom, Borton enjoys watching her favorite TV shows: “Stranger Things” and “Gilmore Girls.” She also enjoys shopping and going out to eat with her friends. Other than cheer, her daily life consists of hiking and rock climbing. Borton picked up this hobby in sixth grade, and she climbs the White Mountains in New Hampshire every year.
