Katie Salko
Second-year staff member, Katie Salko (’20), is taking on the responsibility of being this year’s Features editor. When she is not planning layouts and writing articles, Salko enjoys reading, and watching Friends and Gossip Girl on Netflix. She is involved in many school-sponsored activities such as cross country, lacrosse, HOPE club, Future Physicians, National Honor Society, National English Honor Society, and Quill and Scroll. Salko enjoys English class and Journalism the most, and her favorite part of journalism is the potential to be creative and write for multiple audiences. When she grows up, Salko wants to pack her bags and go live in New York City. Her favorite food is pizza and she loves her two year old, black lab named Reagan.
