Joe Biden plans to take office in January

Joe Biden has reached 270 electoral college votes to win the election this year and is beginning to prepare to take office in January with Vice President-Elect Kamala Harris. However, President Donald Trump is hesitant about the results. The President claims that there is some type of widespread voter fraud in favor of Joe Biden.

“This is probably the most fraudulent election that anyone’s ever seen,” President Trump said.

Videos of people throwing away ballots with both candidates on them have circulated the internet, but no evidence of widespread voter fraud has been found.

President Trump has continued to carry on investigations to search for evidence of voter fraud. If evidence is found, he believes that the election might show different results.

“I’ve got the best Supreme Court advocates, lawyers, that want to argue the case, if it gets there. They said, ‘It’s very hard to get a case up there,” President Trump said.

While President Trump is focused on taking the election through the Supreme Court, Joe Biden is focused on making plans for when he takes office. Biden claims he will take drastic measures on day one to combat the effects of Covid-19.

“Our work begins with getting Covid under control,” Biden said.

As of Dec. 3, there have been 274,000 Covid-19 related deaths in the United States with more than 14 million cases.

Talks of a vaccine are on the horizon. Pfizer and Moderna are the main companies providing the vaccines. These vaccines are said to be around 95 percent effective, but many are skeptical of these numbers.

President-Elect Joe Biden is planning to take it when available. Former presidents from both parties also plan to get the vaccine on live TV along with Joe Biden. Barack Obama, George Bush, and Bill Clinton have all come out saying they would participate.

“I promise you that when it’s been made for people who are less at risk, I will be taking it. I may end up taking it on TV or having it filmed, just so that people know that I trust this science,” former President Barack Obama said.
