Over the weekend of March 4 and 5, the Maryland VEX robotics State Championship was held at Dundalk High School.
Hereford’s sixth seeded 929U team consisting of, Andrew Zhu (’20), George Koutsoukos (’20), Kent Bowers (’20), Luke Kremer (’20), and Dean Harmon (’19), upset the third seed to qualify for the VEX Robotics World Championship in April.
